About THE ROLE
Our stores are the life and soul of our business. They act as our main touch points with our ever-evolving consumer base. Responsibilities include:
- First point of contact for authorizing discounts and resolving customer queries
- Responsible for liaising with the stockroom team to request stock replenishment when required
- Responsible for assisting with the open and closing procedures including cash admin and banking
- Be able to demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and possess successful link selling skills to drive business
