Founded in 2015, Poppins Productions is a entertainment management and consulting company located in the Midwest. We focus on creating booking opportunities and artists development through consultation and management services. These services are integrated with business and financial literacy to equip our clientele to be better business leaders. Our services are available to entertainers from beginning to elite level. We have worked with renowned comedian Charles Walden, who stars on hit shows, “BET Comic View” and “Def Comedy.”
Our organization is eager to create new business ventures and partnership with local and national organizations, consultants, producers, coaches, dancers, i.e., and helping to create opportunities for entertainers to be successful as entertainers and business leaders. We are proud to add a few other businesses under our portfolio, Poppins Urban Podcast and Poppins Extensions Plus.
Poppins Productions is seeking to bring onboard a Sales Associate to join our team in providing assistance for our corporate office and sister organizations, Poppins Extensions Plus and Poppins Urban Podcast. We are looking for a knowledgeable and dependable individual with an ability to be innovative and work well under pressure, especially as it relates to the entertainment and beauty world.
The Sales Associate is a vital position where you will promote Poppins Productions and brand portfolio products and services through exceptional customer services and sales academy training as a guide to assist either online, email, over the phone or in-person to assist customers throughout the buying process, including guiding them through the products and service, answering questions and making sure customers have a pleasant experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid possess a driver’s license
• Pass a criminal background check
• Must be able to exhibit excellent verbal and written communications
• Basic computer skills
• In-depth knowledge of beauty and skin products.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, paying close attention to detail.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous sales experience.
• Previous experience and knowledge of POS and Online payment systems.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suites, Google Workspace, Zoho, Salesforce, CRM or related software.
• In-depth knowledge of hair, beauty, and skincare products.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Professional office work environment. Ability to see and hear within normal ranges with or without adaptive devices. Prolonged computer and phone use. Manual dexterity using fine and gross motor skills. Ability to speak and be heard by others. • Greet customers as they enter the store and display professional etiquette via online or email or by phone.
• Assist customers to find specific products or showing them how to use them
• Accepting and processing in-person and online orders, operating the POS register, and resolving return issues.
• Promote all brands special sales, offers, and awareness of store loyalty program
• Attend online or in-person pop-up stops on the behalf of the company
• Responsible for staying up to date and knowledgeable on the range of products and services, including trends within the entertainment and beauty industry.
• Recommends products and services related to the customer needs to increase customer satisfaction and options to enrich the shopping experience.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
