Job Description

As a part-time Retail Sales Consultant, you’ll play a vital role in driving sales and delivering outstanding service to our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting customers with a warm and friendly attitude, creating a welcoming atmosphere in the store.
  • Assisting customers in finding products that match their needs and preferences, providing product recommendations and demonstrations as needed.
  • Closing sales and achieving or exceeding set sales target
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and arranging displays.
  • Staying knowledgeable about our products and promotions to answer customer questions and drive sales.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in retail sales, with a minimum of 3 years of experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work collaboratively.
  • Passion for sales and a genuine desire to help others succeed and grow in their roles.
  • Ability to work effectively in a part-time capacity and remain active and engaged during your shifts.
  • Flexibility to work a part-time schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
