Description:
As a Sales Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating seamless communication and collaboration between pre-sales, sales, product management, and operations. This cross-departmental function involves customer-centric interactions, managing partner relationships, and supporting the entire sales cycle from pre-sales to customer success. This part-time position (with the potential for growth into a full-time role) requires a tech-savvy individual who excels in partner success and is passionate about making a meaningful impact in the healthcare industry.
Tasks
- Collaboration with Pre-Sales team:
- Work closely with planning companies to develop tender specifications.
- Coordinate and support responses to tender invitations and specifications.
- Building appropriate internal process cross department for Tender answers
- Customer/Partner Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries or concerns, demonstrating a proactive and solution-oriented approach for Customer success team and Sales/partners
- Support Head of Sales in building appropriate dashboards/processes to streamline sales and customer activities and build strong funnel
- Support Sales team in identification of opportunities for upselling additional features or cross-selling omplementary products, focusing on getting our customer a better hand-on CX products
- Identify with different tools non-addressed market and work with Director of Sales to plan the strategy
- Collaboration with Technical teams:
- Collaborate closely with sales and customer success teams to ensure successful tender acquisition, implementation and product utilization.
- Feedback Collection:
- Proactively gather customer/partner and internal team feedback and insights, serving as the voice of the customer within the organization.
- Collaborate with the product development team to relay valuable input for future enhancements.
Requirements
- Education and Experience:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Experience in at least one of the following roles: partner management, customer success, pre-sales, or sales.
- Experience in tender business in the healthcare sector.
- Language and Communication:
- Fluent in both German and English
- Strong client relationship skills with exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Skills and Abilities:
- Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven operational excellence in developing and implementing strategies
- Deep knowledge of customer success and sales metrics.
- CRM and Microsoft Dynamics knowledge
