Responsibilities:
- Collaboration with Pre-Sales team and Customer Success team:
- Collaborate closely with planning teams to analyze tender specifications and ensure alignment with internal capabilities.
- Facilitate internal coordination for tender responses, working across departments to gather necessary information and ensure timely submissions.
- Develop and optimize internal processes for tender responses, fostering seamless collaboration and knowledge exchange.
- Data Analysis and Process Optimization:
- Utilize sales and customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for process improvement.
- Work with the Head of Sales to design and implement dashboards and workflows that enhance sales efficiency and customer engagement.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling based on data insights, supporting the Sales team in maximizing revenue potential.
- Collaboration with Technical teams Operation teams:
- Conduct market analysis using various tools and resources to identify untapped opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with the Director of Sales to develop strategic plans for market expansion and product development based on data-driven insights.
- Feedback Collection:
- Proactively gather feedback from internal teams on processes and workflows, synthesizing insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and the product development team, ensuring that feedback is integrated into future enhancements
