Responsibilities:

PURPOSE OF ROLE

Key support role for the new Mass market, Department and eCcommerce team. Accomplishing tactical aspects of the business to help drive sales and profitability. This role will be crucial in overseeing and implementing content and advertisement strategy on Amazon FBA globally (NA, UK and Germany), while also supporting global instore programs and driving operational efficiencies for the sales team impacting EBITDA and sales growth. This role will be a cross-functional leadership position driving all aspects of the organization to grow and maintain Amazon and Walmart.com growth.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Overall responsibility and ownership of Amazon NA, UK, and Germany content and advertising strategy - ($5M in annual sales with a 15% EBITDA). Long-range goals to grow Amazon to $10M in annual sales globally.
  • Responsible for helping maintain brand presence by leading marketing campaigns on Amazon and Walmart.com ($750k in ad spend) maximizing sales and driving EBITDA growth through more scientific advertising analysis.
  • Support Amazon sales team with writing orders and managing inventory on FBA (Amazon warehouse locations).
  • Leading support of Amazon global P&L strategy by reducing FBA fees, minimizing overstock at FBA warehouses, and making product as efficient as possible.
  • Responsible for monitoring competition on Amazon and driving product and category decisions for growth on Amazon from a global perspective.
  • Set direction and strategy to Maximize efficiencies of SEO, key words, and product copy on site.
  • Key team member to help monitor and analyze the Amazon full P&L on a monthly and annual basis to drive consistent positive EBITDA growth.
  • Support and help implement sales strategies set forth by Directors and National Account Managers for the Mass Market and Department account channels.
  • Run sales analytics and insights for key stakeholders
  • Responsible for managing any and all 3rd party relationships for Amazon and Walmart.com focusing on profitability, metrics for success, and bringing in-house for long-term strategy growth.
  • Engaging with the Claire’s European account and product teams for implementation on product strategies and all operational aspects for Amazon FBA execution.
  • Educate and report to leadership on all aspects for Amazon and financial KPI analysis.
