POSITION: SALES/BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - WEDDING PLANNING

About Us: Luna Bianca is a leading provider of unforgettable wedding experiences, offering a range of services including wedding gown rentals, photography, videography, and now expanding into bespoke wedding planning. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales/Business Development Manager to spearhead our wedding planning arm by building strategic partnerships with bridal vendors.
Position Overview: As a Sales/Business Development Manager at Luna Bianca , you will play a crucial role in expanding our wedding planning services through strategic vendor partnerships. You will be responsible for outbound outreach to various bridal product/service vendors, establishing and nurturing relationships, and driving mutual referral agreements to promote our wedding planning services.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the wedding or event planning industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing partnership opportunities.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, capable of managing multiple partnerships and projects simultaneously.
- Passion for weddings and a keen understanding of the bridal industry landscape.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target bridal product/service vendors to build strategic partnerships for mutual referral agreements.
- Conduct outbound reach to vendors through various channels including phone calls, emails, and networking events.
- Negotiate partnership terms and agreements, outlining commission structures and benefits for vendors referring customers to our wedding planning services.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendor partners, providing ongoing support and assistance to ensure effective referrals and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the wedding planning team to develop marketing materials and campaigns to promote vendor partnerships and drive referrals.
- Track and analyze partnership performance metrics, optimizing strategies for maximum impact and ROI.
