Additional Information:

  • These roles are Temporary Part-time, 30hrs/fortnight.
  • As our store operates 7 days per week, you must have the availability to work a rotating roster with a mix of day and evening shifts ranging from 10am to 9pm. You also have the availability to work 3 out of 4 weekends in a month (both Saturday and Sunday).
  • You are required to have full-day availability on Fridays to be considered for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the friendly face of IKEA by greeting visitors and providing friendly, effective, and efficient information for customers.
  • Driving the IKEA Family Reward Keys loyalty program sign-ups and uptake by explaining the benefits and rewards to customers.
  • Engaging and assist customers in understanding their needs and providing your knowledge on IKEA products and services to support their purchasing decisions.
  • Actively participating in selling products with a positive attitude and contribute to business goals and growth.
  • Building strong relationships with your team and other departments to promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
  • Being passionate about all products across the range and actively learning about their features and benefits
