Description:
THE JOB:
We are looking for an expert Sales Compensation Analyst to join our Sales Operations team and lead the payments and compensation process for our EMEA sales organization of c.1100 sales professionals. A high degree of personal accountability, motivation to improve existing processes and integrity is required for the role due to handling personal sensitive data. The successful candidate will be team orientated and contribute significantly to wider projects and improvement process within the Sales Operations function.

Responsibilities:
- Drive the quarterly compensation cycle process, including the calculation and processing of payments, validation and analysis of data
- Lead the improvement of compensation information, tools, analysis, direction, training and support to the Sales/Service organizations
- Participate in the development, implementation, communication, and support of sales commission plans across EMEA
- Collaborate pro-actively with HR, Finance, and Sales teams
- Validate accrual inputs and work with extended team to ensure accrual accuracy
- Control commission queries accurately & within appropriate timelines, and contribute to implement improvements to resolve issues long-term
- Facilitate internal team training – documentation of process, knowledge transfer, process mapping
- Drive the adoption & evolution of the Xactly Incent Commission tool
- Ad hoc and project duties as the need arises
