Location: Wimbledon, London
Hours: Full-time, Monday – Saturday, 09:00-17:30, with one day off in the week
C.P. Hart is the UK’s first-choice premium bathroom company, known by all for its market-leading service and standards. Due to our continued success and expansion, we are looking for a Sales Consultant for our Wimbledon showroom.

REQUIREMENTS

• A strong flair for selling
• Customer-focused, with a positive attitude and good people skills
• Able to negotiate effectively and communicate on all levels
• Good organisation skills and ability to work on several jobs at once
• Experience within the bathroom industry

• Meet, greet, and direct customers around the showroom
• Take leads for every customer contact
• Proactively chase leads, quotations, and order payments on a daily basis, keeping up to date with the customer database
• Provide the customer with detailed information and advice on the product
• Be accountable for keeping informed of products
• Build strong relationships with clients ensuring repeat business
• Own customer problems, keeping them informed until a resolution has been found
• Answer customer queries over the telephone, making sure the contact details are take
