Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

The Sales Representative will handle all Trail Appliances customers promptly and courteously to ascertain and meet their appliance/product needs. Sales staff will establish and maintain a satisfactory level of ongoing customer prospecting and achieve an acceptable level of sales.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Meet and exceed sales goals through effective sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding product features, pricing, and availability.
  • Establish an on-going prospecting system.
  • Accurately process orders through systems, processing customer payments, and successfully resolve customer problems.
  • Assist with inventory management, including ordering, stocking, and organizing products.
  • Supply specifications of products to any trades involved in the customer’s new home or renovation project.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU MUST EXHIBIT:

  • Prior sales experience
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and problem solve.
  • Ability to work well with others.
  • Basic computer skills
