Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
The Sales Representative will handle all Trail Appliances customers promptly and courteously to ascertain and meet their appliance/product needs. Sales staff will establish and maintain a satisfactory level of ongoing customer prospecting and achieve an acceptable level of sales.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Meet and exceed sales goals through effective sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding product features, pricing, and availability.
- Establish an on-going prospecting system.
- Accurately process orders through systems, processing customer payments, and successfully resolve customer problems.
- Assist with inventory management, including ordering, stocking, and organizing products.
- Supply specifications of products to any trades involved in the customer’s new home or renovation project.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU MUST EXHIBIT:
- Prior sales experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and problem solve.
- Ability to work well with others.
- Basic computer skills
