Description:

MSC Kreuzfahrten AG is a Swiss subsidiary of MSC Cruises, part of the Mediterranean Shipping Company and the largest privately-owned cruise company in the world. The Swiss company, with Mediterranean roots and headquarters in Geneva, employs around 33,000 people worldwide and has 75 offices around the globe. The swiss flagship office in Zurich currently employs 18 people.
With immediate effect we are looking for a sales talent for our filed crew in the German speaking part of Switzerland.
Aufgaben
Manages and develops a portfolio of travel agencies within the designated geographical area by growing sales, increasing the number of active travel agencies and providing day-to-day support for booking related issues and training in products and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales department (esp. Key Account Manager and Sales Director) in day-to-day business
  • Support of sales partners with marketing activities (review and approval of partner brochures, ads and newsletters)
  • Support trade partners in topics related to MSC booking systems such as the MSC book, XML and Flatfile
  • Assistance with the communication (promotions, itinerary changes, product adjustments, contract conditions, etc.) to B2B partner
