ABOUT YOUR SKILLS:
- Have a minimum 2 year sales experience in a customer focused environment (Experience in Premium Fashion is highly regarded)
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
- Be fluent in English and Mandarin
- Have excellent personal presentation
- Be adaptable and willing to learn
- Ability to build long lasting relationships with the clients
Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly sales budgets and individual KPIs communicated by the Store and Retail managers.
- Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of Emporio Armani products, materials, craftsmanship, and the latest collections to enhance the selling ceremony with clients.
- Embody the Giorgio Armani group brand values, adhere to the group’s grooming guidelines and service standards, and always uphold exceptional standards of professionalism and service.
- Greet and welcome customers warmly and professionally, building rapport and fostering personalised in-store experiences.
- Cultivate solid and long-term relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service before, during, and after their purchase to drive customer loyalty and repeat business. Ensuring clients are correctly registered in the company CRM database
- Collaborate with store colleagues and management, fostering a positive and cooperative work environment to achieve shared goals and facilitate store opening and closing procedures shared goals.
