Description:
REQUIREMENTS
- University degree or a comparable business-focused commercial training
- Native/Professional level of English and Spanish
- 3+ years B2B-Sales-experience (preferably with hospitals)
- Understanding of hospitals as clients, including their needs, challenges, and organizational structure is a plus
- Enjoy working with multinational companies in the healthcare sector
- Strong desire to grow within a fast-growing, international team
- Determined and driven – entrepreneurial spirit as like a strong enthusiasm for sales and personal developmen

Responsibilities:
- Consultative sales of a benchmarking and rating program for hospitals (Global Hospital Rating) on a global scale
- End-to-end sales: Initial contact with hospital representatives, understanding and explaining value added by the offering, building of trustful relationships, matching hospital needs with value delivered by the offering, contract negotiation, and deal closing
- Consulting and guiding clients from the healthcare sector / hospitals through the rating processes
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and marketing concepts
- Internal communication with a lean hierarchy
- Creative collaboration with an international analysis-team and a well-known global media brand
- Develop the European and middle east markets
