Description:
We will provide you with the scope, autonomy, and development to showcase the true sales professional you are. We will provide you with the tools and infrastructure available that will set you up for success. You will work as part of a collaborative culture and with the support of a Sales Associate, you will:
- Leverage leads generated through online enquiries, display home walk throughs and a wide network of professional contacts
- Build relationships with customers at the display home and provide advice on house design selection, upgrades and options
- Manage the sales cycle from initial quote, tender presentation to variations and close
- Ensure that all sales documentation and paperwork is completed to high standard within required timeframes
- Coach and mentor your sales associate and collaborate effectively with stakeholders cross functionally
