We are looking for a motivated, dynamic Sales Consultant to join our fantastic Pest Control sales team based in Melbourne. Your responsibilities will be to look to build on solid existing client relationships whilst also using your outstanding sales skills and outgoing personality to win new sales and clients in your sales territory.
To help to achieve this, we will provide you with a base salary, highly rewarding uncapped commission structure, a company vehicle, a mobile phone, and laptop, and career opportunities. You will also be given full product training, with hands-on assistance and investment from the Sales Manager, Business Manager, and the Sales Team.
YOU WILL HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE INCLUDING:
- Previous sales experience in any industry. We welcome experienced salespeople or relatable sales in other industries
- Comfortable working with CRM Systems, Google systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Good time management skills
- Ability to cold-call & plan to sales territory
- Self-Motivation and ability to work autonomously
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Full Australian Drivers Licence
- Must travel to regional areas with potential of overnight stays as sales opportunities require
Responsibilities:
- Driving sales revenue by hunting new business opportunities, harder you work you will reap the benefits
- Servicing our existing client base and analysing their needs to increase sales
- Developing and implementing sales plans to achieve set sales targets
- Building strong customer relationships and managing a sales pipeline
- Identifying customer needs and knowing how to deliver successful sales
