Description:
The Role
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored property solutions. • Conduct property tours and presentations to clients, highlighting key features and benefits to generate interest and drive sales. • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless experience for clients. • Prepare and manage all necessary documentation for property transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.

Position Title: Sales Consultant Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 8k AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A leading real estate development company for residential and commercial properties across UAE. Qualifications: • Open to Asian and European nationalities • Male, 30 years old and below • At least 3 years of experience in Real Estate brokerage and leasing in UAE • Immediate joiners will be prioritized • With Valid UAE driving license, valid RERA Brokerage card & good knowledge of Oracle NetSuite is a MUST • A good inventory of deals closed in 2022
