Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

They are currently seeking a Sales Consultant to join their growing Contact Centre in Silverwater. These are permanent opportunities commencing on Monday 6th May, working 8:30am-5:30pm Monday to Friday, no weekends!
Reporting to the Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing a technologically enabled vehicle purchasing experience. Through the connection and engagement of warm leads, you will foster a consultative sales approach to establish a build trusted relationships with prospective customers in assisting them find their next new car.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct outbound calls to warm leads received via the website
  • Build rapport and understand customer needs and requirements
  • Nurture customers through the new car buying journey
  • Promote the entire product suite to all customers (vehicle trade-in, finance & aftermarket products)
  • Find the best vehicle solution to meet the customer’s needs
  • Provide specialist advice and information relating to products
  • Respond to all customer enquiries via telephone, email, or web within timeframes
  • Establish and maintain effective stakeholder relationships with various Dealers
  • Convert warm leads into orders
  • Prepare sale contracts
  • Gather tender documentation and upload into tender portals
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Participate in monthly performance reviews
  • Records and database management, ensuring high accuracy, integrity and confidentiality
  • Ensure compliance with organisational procedures, policies and best practice
