Responsibilities:
YOUR ROLE
This position will be an integral part of the Baxter Capital Services team, managing hardware purchase processes. This position will interact closely with Sales and other business units and functions in support of completing hardware deals.
The Analyst will be responsible for performing deal structure and profitability analysis to ensure proposals are within Baxter’s financial thresholds. In addition, the Analyst will be responsible for processing customer approved deals including finalizing contracts, purchase orders, and all other related paperwork to ensure information is accurate and compliant with legal and accounting requirements.
This position will be responsible for accurate sales reporting for commission purposes and for timely and accurate communications with multifunctional areas of Baxter.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Drive deal structure and profitability for all hardware products with Sales Teams
- Perform pricing analytics and financial modeling to support contract negotiations
- Lead communication to gain deal alignment across cross functional partners for all hardware deals
- Prepare hardware customer contracts with complete and accurate documentation
- Focus on continuous improvement of current business processes for standardization and simplification
