Purpose
As the Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing a high level of administrative support across the Apartments & Realty sales performance team. In addition you will support the central sales team through the coordination of all sales activation activity, reporting requirements, and collation of required documentation
This is a fixed term position covering a period of parental leave

Primary Responsibilities

  • Providing a high level of sales administration and support for the department
  • Actively coordinate meetings for the Apartments & Realty Sales Performance team including agenda setting and minute taking
  • Support the A&L sales team through RFP season in quotes and administration
  • Collation of sales performance data and reporting requirements to assist the Sales Performance team in strategic decision making
  • Under direction from the Director of Sales Performance, Accor Apartments & Realty maintain an accurate and up to date client history to support the Sales Performance team

Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in a sales or administrative position
  • Experience within hotel operations highly regarded
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in the Microsoft Office suite of applications
  • Knowledge of sales force tools preferred
  • Proven ability to prioritise in deadline driven environment
  • Exceptional communication skills across a broad range of mediums
  • An ability to understand and navigate complex stakeholder environments
