YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Successfully completed studies in Business Administration, Industrial engineering or comparable studies;
  • At least 4 years of professional experience in automotive industry including product management, sales engineering or purchasing;
  • Sales skills, especially in conducting negotiations, and ability to communicate confidently across different hierarchical levels;
  • Previous experience with CRM/Salesforce or with another CRM;
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office;
  • Business fluent in English language, German language at least at medium level is a great plus;
  • Travel availability up to 15 %.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and analyze customer requirements, build and maintain personal contact with the customer, define the contact matrix (purchasing, development, quality, and other areas) and forward all customer inquiries and feedback within the organization as well as define and monitor the action plan and report progress to the customer;
  • Prepare commercial offers in alignment with all involved Forvia departments;
  • Support (global) customers and (global) Forvia companies as well as strategically important locations in order to obtain production contracts;
  • Advise customers, involving other Forvia departments, if necessary, prepare and sustain presentations as well as offer consultancy on technical and commercial issues;
  • Organize and coordinate visits with internal and external customers;
  • Provide information about the market situation, competitor activities and market trends, in order to retain and extend market shares in the best way;
  • Update and maintain Sales Database using CRM/Salesforce tool;
  • Implement all measures agreed (for the Business Division and Sales) in order to improve customer satisfaction (Customer Relationship Management).
