DESCRIPTION

The position provides administrative support for the Manager, Guest Sales and Reservations, assisting with clerical and business tasks for Guest Sales and Reservations. Responsibilities include managing key work processes, securing payments for group reservations, handling sales reporting and tracking, managing client email communications, and performing additional duties as assigned by the Manager, Guest Sales and Reservations. This position reports to the Manager, Guest Sales and Reservations.

  • Currently, we work in a hybrid model. In-office work is required three days a week.

Responsibilities:

  • Contacting for and managing the monthly collection of past due balances, refunds, and contract invoices.
  • Applying check payments to invoices.
  • Overseeing the booking and payment of Outreach experiences.
  • Answering and booking group sales overflow phone calls and appointments.
  • Updating documents with policy/procedure/pricing changes.
  • Sharing any group reservation changes with appropriate parties, such as sales associates and Managers on Duty at all locations, etc.
  • Providing month-over-month and week-over-week group sales reports.
  • Assisting the Manager, Guest Sales and Reservations and Guest Sales Associates as needed.
    High School diploma required. At least one year of sales experience is essential. Previous experience in education, call centers, or guest service is a plus. Experience with outbound sales calls preferred
