Sales Coordinator

• Location: North, Woodlands
• 5 days (Full time)
• Mon to Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in customer service role.
• Good command of Mandarin and English.
• Mandarin speaking will be added advantage in order to communicate with Suppliers in China.
• Great team player with initiatives.
• Positive attitude and willing to adapt.
• Meticulous and consistent.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage day-to-day sales operation.
• Provide excellent support and customer-service
• Sales Order Processing: Quotation, Sales Order, Purchases Order, Delivery Order, Invoicing
• Connect with key customer contacts (external) as needed.
• Order monitoring and coordinate with factory for order status / shipment / delivery schedules.
• Coordinate on shipment / delivery schedules
• Maintaining a good method of consolidation of shipments
• Inventory control (Handle all Inventory, Purchasing, and Shipping related duties)
• Support the operations in the daily activities, to ensure sufficient inventory level and timely delivery.
• Assist in other ad-hoc dutiesas assigned.
