Job Responsibilities:

• Support the Outdoor Sales Team by assisting with quotations and proposals.
• Manage and follow up on telephonic and email inquiries.
• Process sales orders and ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Coordinate all deliveries to ensure efficient and effective customer service.
• Create and maintain databases for inventory and customers.
• Conduct periodic mass mailing and tele-marketing activities.
• Assist in organizing exhibitions and seminars.
• Manage samples, catalogs, and flyers.
• Handle incoming calls and other related tasks.
• Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Nitec/Diploma holders or fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Preferred 1-2 years of working experience in the service industry.
• Possess good customer service skills.
• Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office. Experience with CRM and ERP platforms is an added advantage.
• Enthusiastic, willing to learn, and capable of multitasking.
