Description:

SUMMARY

Reporting to the Contract Administration Manager, the Sales Coordinator is responsible for providing ongoing support to the Sales and Applications team. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to; managing the sales turn-in process for awarded jobs, providing detailed and accurate reports and performing a wide range of administrative duties.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills and can prioritize and multi-task. They are an energetic team player with the ability to work with minimal supervision and has strong initiative and self motivation.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3-5 years of related experience in an administration support role, preferably within a sales capacity
  • An ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • A keen eye for detail, with proven organizational skills and a passion for delivering high quality work.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a busy environment, maintaining a positive and flexible attitude for shifting priorities.
  • Superior time management skills, deadline driven, multitasking skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook); SharePoint, SAP and CRM experience considered an asset.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaises and works closely with multiple departments to complete sales turn-in process for all major product lines. (Compression, Process, Power & Retrofit)
  • Provides accurate win/loss, forecasting (monthly near-term prospects, quarterly go-get report) and quote activity reports and coordinates and attends all sales meetings.
  • Maintains system records for newly manufactured equipment.
  • Manages and ensures MDG customer/vendor data is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Maintains and develops content for the Sales SharePoint site.
  • Presentation preparation for monthly companywide Board Walks
  • Assists in preparing presentations and learning materials as required.
  • Coordinates monthly update reports with Director, Sales and Applications
  • Enter project change orders/estimates into iMACS and financial ERP systems and assists with extraction of costs for analysis.
  • Liaison with internal departments to coordinate, costing and scope of project change orders both internal and external.
  • Updates and maintains sales memberships with associations and publications (DOB, Ariba)
  • Sets up and coordinates lunch and learns and training programs.
  • Provides external reporting for major vendors on a monthly/annual basis.
  • In coordination with the Account Managers, maintains awareness of industry activity and market conditions
  • Print and compile hard copies of proposals as required.
  • Liaises and coordinates with the Marketing Team to showcase and promote the Enerflex brand.
  • Responsible for other related duties as required.
