JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Sales Coordinator you are responsible for delivering solutions whilst ensuring superior service and results for your designated agency and client group. You will work within a fast-paced, high-performing and energetic sales team who push boundaries and are leaders in the Broadcast media industry.

Day to day you will:

  • Effectively manage incoming briefs and bookings, while supporting proactive sales efforts
  • Develop a thorough understanding of all Nine Broadcast content, products, and USP’s
  • Effectively communicate product value in order to educate clients and deliver on product sales
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders internally, navigating and working with several departments and stakeholders to deliver solutions for your clients
  • Deliver excellent client service by meeting deadlines and multi tasking to ensure all client needs are met

Qualifications
You will be a solid team player, who shows commitment to the team’s purpose and effectively contributes and shares skills/knowledge with others. You’ll have an ability to absorb information and act accordingly.
You will be proactive in discussing solutions and raising ideas for improvement in a positive and professional way, allowing you to build strong relationships.

  • Strong analytical skills to understand reporting and data
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • A solid level of confidence to speak to clients individually or in groups
  • Computer literacy - Ideally with experience across both Microsoft and Google systems (eg Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other presentation methods)
