Equans NZ Limited are looking for a Sales Coordinator with exceptional communication skills to support and be a vital link between our us and our customers. Your ability to communicate concisely and with confidence is a must as you’ll need to respond to variety of queries and ensure SLAs are adhered to. Multi-tasking goes without saying so being organised is essential to the success of the role. You won’t mind working both autonomously and with others to meet objectives.

Responsibilities:
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide excellent service to customers, answering queries and addressing concerns
- Liaise with company stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration
- Create / update customer processes and ensure they are implemented and in line with contracts
- Produce accurate reports for both internal and external customers by collecting data from various sources, eg ERP, customer portals etc and formatting to acceptable Equans brand standards
- Regularly liaise with both internal and external customers to provide up-to-date information and close any gaps
- Take on new opportunities and challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy and enthusiasm
THE ROLE REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:
- Diploma in Sales, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ previous experience in the same or similar role
- Outstanding communication and articulation skills
- Office skills particularly Excel and Word
- Strong administrative, organisational and problem-solving skills
- High level of attention to detail
