The Harvey Norman Commercial Team are currently seeking motivated Full Time Sales Coordinator to join our team based in Mitchell, ACT.

Our team of experienced and dedicated staff go that extra mile to ensure you receive a professional and personalised service from the initial quote, right through to delivery.
As a Sales Coordinator, you will work closely with the Sales Representative, to ensure that all the administrative and support functions of the sales department are going smoothly, and that client files are available and up to date for our Sales team. You will be involved in all facets of customer service, order fulfillment and sales support. You will be a vital part of the sales process and work as part of the team.

THE REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in a similar capacity or strong retail sales experience
• Knowledge of MS Office Suite including Outlook, SharePoint, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to work unsupervised and a team player
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• The ability to work well under pressure and prioritise workload
