As our new sales coordinator you will be part of our commercial team and work directly with our new and existing customers on a daily basis.
Our commercial team is currently located in Stavanger, it is preferred to have a person located in Stavanger, but for a great candidate there are some flexibility to work from one of our other centers, in Bergen, Grimstad, Haugesund, or Kristiansund.

Responsibilities:
- Focus on the Small and Medium Business (SMB) Segment: drive sales growth within our Norwegian SMB customer portfolio.
- Expand Existing Customer Relationships: Implement strategies to increase customer spending (share of wallet) through targeted phone outreach. And build strong relationships with assigned customers, proactively identify their needs, and present upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
- Support Tender Process (Training Provided): Assist the sales team in preparing and submitting bids (tenders) to secure new business. No prior tender experience necessary, as we offer comprehensive training from our high-performing tender team.
- Collaborate on Sales Growth Initiatives: Work alongside the sales team to explore and pursue new market segments for business expansion.
- Cultivate Customer Engagement: Plan and execute customer events to strengthen relationships, showcase our offerings, and generate qualified sales leads.
