Sales Coordinator – Indoor Sales

JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client, a leading valve manufacturing Japanese company is looking for a Sales Coordinator (Indoor Sales) to join their team. The role mainly involved coordinating with the sales team and handling inquiries from customers and distributors.

【What will you be working on】

• To handle customers’/ distributor inquiries (Phone, Email or Fax)
• Processing customer’s sales order
• Order monitoring and coordinating with the factory for order status
• Monitoring/Coordinate on shipment/delivery schedules
• Handling and preparation documentation (PO, Picking List, Commercial Invoice, Do and Tax Inv, etc)
• Work closely with Indoor/Outdoor Sales team and Logistics team
• Assist in other ad-hoc projects and assignments

REQUIREMENT

【What they’re looking for】

(Must)

• ’O’ Level holders with working experience in indoor sales/sales coordinator are welcome to apply
• Diploma holders without experience are welcome
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin Listening/Writing/Speaking is essential to liaise with English and Mandarin-speaking counterparts
• Meticulous and self-motivated with good administrative skills
• Willing to do customer visitation when required

(Preferred)

• Knowledge of import & export shipment is an added advantage
• Experience working in a Japanese company

• Ability to join within 1 month or earlier is preferred
