Description:
- Help in the preparation of sales quotations and monitor their status through follow-up. (training will be provided).
- Support in updating sales opportunities within sales pipeline reports utilizing cloud software.
- Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely completion of each sales order.
- In charge of order processing, purchasing, invoicing, and coordinate with customers on delivery schedule.
- Coordinate with customers regarding delivery schedules and provide updates on delivery status.
Requirements:
- GCE O level and above
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience.
- Proficient in MS office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
