Description:

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join us at an exciting time as the company increase our digital advertising panels footprint and expands Programmatic DOOH capabilities across the Street, Malls and Airport. Media assets being the core part of business, come in many forms and sizes. Ensuring accuracy of assets stats, pricing, and availability is critical to the smooth daily operations.
As part of the Campaign Management team, you will have the opportunity to work on various sales systems used to manage media assets lifecycle, campaigns planning, booking and production. You will work closely with the teams in Sales & Marketing, Business Development, IT & Digital and Operations in Singapore office. There are also system support teams based in China and UK that you will liaise with on a regular basis.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Maintain media assets lifecycle, from commissioning to end-of- life dismantling.
  • Maintain up to date pricing data.
  • Support commercial team on sales system usage, ensure new features and changes are well understood.
  • Prepare various inventory reporting on a regular basis.
  • High attention to detail to provide accurate administration and campaign reporting.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Self-starter
  • A keen interest to learn and understand digital ecosystem
  • Mastery of Office tools especially in Excel, ie: Pivot
  • Organized and Meticulous
  • Have an eye for details and ability to organize things logically.
  • Manage own time well to meet targets and develops effective short to medium term plans that are aimed at achieving goals
  • Proactive Approach and Problem Solving
  • Self-motivated and adaptable as a team player to support colleagues, share information and improve on best practices.
