Description:

REQUIREMENTS

  • Obtained at least a Diploma in any field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, detail-oriented and employs a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Positive working attitude, good interpersonal skills, and ability to work collaboratively.
  • The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
  • Meticulous & high sensitivity in managing confidential reports.
  • Knowledge of MS office & proficiency in Excel.
  • Must be willing to learn.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Sales Dept in carrying out day-to-day administrative duties.
  • Tracking & monitoring approved stocks to ensure deliveries are duly arranged.
  • Ensuring sales quotes are duly processed into Sales orders and in accordance with the policy and procedure.
  • Maintain proper filing of sales enquiries and quotations.
  • Ensure proper documentation, records and filling.
  • Responding to emails, phone queries, etc.
  • Coordinate and work closely with the Sales Dept and Purchasing Dept.
  • Handle general administration duties.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
