Sales Coordinator (Offshore Marine) / West -

Responsibilities
To assist manager in preparing and providing sales quotation respond to enquiries
To liaise work sheet and assist manager in distribution of work
To administrate on inspector certification and all other relevant documentations
To administrate on inspector mob / demob requirement for project specific related matters
To administrate source of suppliers on inspection department consumables and tools
To coordinate all administrative process in relation to work
Any other ad hoc duties as and when assigned by manager.
Requirements
Min GCE ‘O’ Level / NITEC / Diploma or its equivalent
At least 2 years of relevant working experience
Good communication skills
Able to interact with all level of staff
A team player with good working attitude
Computer knowledge in MS Office

Working hours : Monday to Friday (8:30 am to 6:00 pm)
** Company’s transport pick up / drop off point at Clementi MRT station
