Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer enquiries and confirmations on sales orders
- Issue quotations, delivery orders, packing list (CIPL) and other supporting documents
- Assist with proforma Invoice when necessary (Template provided)
- Coordinate and Communicate order status & delivery schedules with customersOther duties as assigned
