TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience in working with databases.
  • Degree in Business studies/administration, Media Management, or similar fields with a focus in Marketing.
  • Distribution, or International Management and/or previous work experience in sales or distribution preferred.
  • First work experience, preferably within an entertainment and/or international industry.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively communicate with related contracts and accounting teams.
  • Ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize workload efficiently and meet strict deadlines for complete tasks/assignments.
  • Strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities:

IS THIS THE ROLE FOR YOU?

In this position you will be responsible for supporting the sales and licensing efforts of the Global Content Distribution team. Working in support of a specific regional sales team, in close collaboration with various international teams, the Coordinator provides a number of important support tasks.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

  • Operational support to assist the Munich based Global Content Distribution GSA/CEE* team.
  • Organize and plan various local client events throughout the year.
  • Coordination of travel logistics, meetings & market schedules, managing travel expense reports.
  • After Sales and Marketing support for clients in coordination with international departments.
  • Liaise with local Home Entertainment and Streaming teams.
  • Collaborate with international finance, deal management, legal and marketing departments.
  • 1st point of contact for client requests.
  • Local office administration and office management.
