Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Issue new invoice, delivery order & certificate
  • Issue PO to vendor
  • Generate license key
  • Issue quotation (Renewal)
  • Handle customer enquiries
  • Created New Customer and MA Code
  • Updating Weekly Order and MA File
  • Ad Hoc request eg: history record / enquiries

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Min Diploma holders with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good at numbers and presentation of numerical data
  • Possess relevant working experience in sales operation / admin or customer service function is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc)
