JOB DESCRIPTION

Our Client is a Korea-listed global leading semiconductor printed circuit board supplier in Singapore. They are looking for a Sales Coordinator who is responsible for supporting the sales team by managing various operational tasks.

【What will you be working on】

• Manage various operational tasks and processes to ensure smooth sales operations
• Assist the Sales team in the preparation of sales data analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management, sales process optimization, and performance tracking
• Collaborate closely with sales representatives, marketing teams, and other departments to streamline sales processes and achieve sales targets efficiently
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned
• Preparation of documents and management of sales orders
• Liaise and coordinate with other divisions internally regarding customer’s request or delivery

REQUIREMENT

• Possess a Diploma in any field
• At least 2 years of sales support experience in the manufacturing/semiconductor Industry
• Possess Stable career background (At least 2 years working experience in current/previous company)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling sales data

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
