The Job:
As a Sales Coordinator, you’ll be part of our National Accounts (Corporate) team working 1 day a week at our Box Hill head office and the other 4 days where you choose. As a Sales Coordinator, your main responsibility will be to provide administrative support to the Team. This includes assisting in collecting, analysing, and reporting sales-related data to Business Managers and Key Account Managers.

Your duties will include:

  • Providing support to Business Managers focusing on administration for major accounts and liaising with Category Assistants to deliver on key dates.
  • Managing the coordination of product lines, from new line forms and catalog submissions to promotional planning and post-analysis.
  • Tracking sales and margin objectives, analysing data to improve financials of assigned portfolios
  • Preparing reports on market analysis, competitor analysis, and market trends
  • Other ad hoc sales administration duties as required
