You will ensure the MediaWorks Taupo/Rotorua sales team and offices runs smoothly with being highly organised, proactive and having an excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

As Sales Coordinator you will support and deliver great outcomes with our Account Managers and sales team. Assisting in the preparation and creation of high quality client proposals, schedules and implementation as well as admin duties to ensure office runs smoothly.

  • Preparation of detailed schedules and assist with media reports
  • Support with the sales quoting and booking processes with timely follow-up
  • Prepare Sales performance reports and complete data analysis ensuring accuracy and sales policies are adhered to.
  • Coordinate events, manage social media and general office administration duties effectively and efficiently.
  • Understand stakeholder needs and work to develop trusted relationships, contributing to client retention and growth
  • Attend team meetings, participate in planning, brainstorms and presentations
