Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION :

  1. Develop new customers to expand customer base.
  2. Provide after sales service and technical support on existing customers.
  3. Assist the team in the execution of the overall digital marketing strategy.
  4. Project coordination and management including planning, scheduling, execution and handling project, coordinating with contractor and end user.
  5. Liaises and communicates with client on project status, progress and variation order.
  6. Maintain good rapport with customer by providing relevant technical support.
  7. General administration support to project team on filing management and ensure all documentation is maintained orderly for each project.
  8. Provide after sales service and technical support on existing customers and develop new customers to expand customer base.
  9. Any other duties/task as required by the job and/or organisation where required.
