About the role
As the Sales & Customer Relationship Coordinator, your primary focus is to increase sales conversions. In addition, you will assist in driving a sales mentality across the customer service centre to ensure VMCH continues to grow market share in an ever-changing aged care sector.

Responsibilities:

Identifying customer needs and communicating VMCH’s value proposition
Educating clients and their families in all products, services and packages and promoting VMCHs point of difference compared to our competitors.
Growing current customer portfolio to achieve revenue targets through outbound and inbound call activities.
Prioritising selling time to build and maintain a balanced funnel of prospects to generate sales, achieve account penetration and drive market share growth.
About you
You have a passion for phone sales and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Your communication and interpersonal skills are exceptional, allowing you to quickly build rapport with potential customers.
You are self-motivated, proactive, and resilient with the ability to maintain a positive attitude through challenges and setbacks.
A true sales professional, you thrive under pressure and can manage your time effectively to meet competing demands.
You display a willingness to learn and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.
