This customer focused role offers a competitive basic salary £23,877.57, as well as uncapped commission. Our Full Time (40 Hours) shift patterns are fully flexible between 8am-6pm Monday-Friday to ensure a great work/life balance (i.e. 8am-4.30pm & 9.30am-6pm). Saturday’s are on a rota basis , working 8.30am-1.pm and when working a Saturday you will be receive the time back during the week.

The main duties of the role will include;

• Handling inbound & outbound telephone calls to existing customers (No Cold-Calling)
• Responding to customer email enquiries
• Quickly identifying the needs of the customers and guiding towards the service or product that will best meet their requirements
• Providing a high level of customer service which will allow you to build relationships with our customers to retain business
• Being organised and self-motivated to ensure targets and deadlines are met
• To up-sell additional Audi products
