Description:

TRANSPORT ALLOWANCE, PHONE ALLOWANCE, PERFORMANCE BONUS, HIGH COMMISSION

Job Responsibilities:

  • Initiate contact with existing customers via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to introduce our brand, products, and services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs, addressing inquiries, and providing personalized assistance.
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate features, benefits, and value propositions to customers.
  • Provide timely and accurate assistance to customers regarding restaurant information, promotion details, account management, and troubleshooting.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services based on customer preferences and needs, with the goal of increasing sales revenue.
  • Gather feedback from customers regarding their experiences, preferences, and suggestions for improvement, and communicate insights to relevant departments.
  • Represent our brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity at all times, reinforcing a positive brand image with every interaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and performance metrics, and provide regular reports to management.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong ability to engage and build rapport with customers.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
