    Located in Cromer and established for over 20 years they are seeking an experienced sales and customer support officer with some basic marketing skills to work closely with sales and administration. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking a varied part-time role on Sydney’s Northern Beaches.

Responsibilities:

DUTIES FOR THIS EXCITING ROLE INCLUDE:

  • Support clients and prospects with basic product enquiries
  • Advise on product availability and provide exceptional customer service
  • Produce quotes and provide advise on basic product specifications, features and benefits
  • Process orders received via phone and email
  • Review email enquiries, reply or delegate/escalate in conjunction with business processes
  • Assist with outbound sales campaigns to warm leads
  • Conduct pricing review checks from competitors and update price offering accordingly
  • Complete basic product research for complimentary products
  • Update web content as required
  • Co-ordinate warranty repairs
  • Assist marketing with EDM preparation
  • Post socials on LinkedIn, Facebook, Google and YouTube
    The ideal candidate will enjoy being the conduit between sales, administration, marketing and warehouse whilst supporting the entire customer lifecycle.
