Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and creative Sales Designer to join our interior design firm. The Sales Designer will be responsible for developing design concepts, creating compelling presentations, and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for interior design, strong sales acumen, and the ability to translate clients’ needs and preferences into innovative design solutions that drive sales and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences, functional requirements, and budget constraints.
• Develop creative design concepts, mood boards, and floor plans that align with clients’ vision and objectives.
• Present design proposals and product recommendations to clients in a clear and persuasive manner, highlighting the value proposition and benefits of our services.
• Provide accurate estimates and quotations for design projects, ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness.
• Guide clients through the selection process for furniture, fixtures, finishes, and accessories, offering expert advice and guidance.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to procure materials and execute design installations within project timelines and budget constraints.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients throughout the design process, addressing any concerns or changes and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Actively prospect and generate leads through networking, referrals, and participation in industry events to grow the client base and achieve sales targets.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, product developments, and emerging technologies in interior design to stay competitive and innovative.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing materials, promotional campaigns, and strategies to attract and retain clients.
