Job Summary:

• Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day desk operation.
• Lead and motivate Sales team by coaching and mentoring.
• Manage desk assuring an efficient and smooth workflow.
• Coordinate with other departments, such as finance, to ensure seamless execution of sales processes.
• Monitor all metrics and train accordingly.
• Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
• Proven Automotive sales experience in a managerial capacity.
• Strong understanding of the sales process, including finance options.
• Customer relationship management experience.
• Demonstrate problem solving abilities with a strategic mindset to drive sales growth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate.
• Track record of building and managing a high-level sales team
