About the role:

This is a full time, permanent role reporting to the National Head of Sales. You will be joining the team in an outbound phone based role, with the aim to increase business to their database of mortgage and finance brokers. You will be generating new sales enquiries and setting up appointments for the BDMs

  • Reach out to their extensive database of mortgage brokers to discuss the portfolio of products whilst building referral database
  • Set up appointments for BDMs to further discuss our products and services.
  • Support teams across business improvement strategies and efficiencies
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments in our CRM system.

Your skills & experience:

  • Proven experience in outbound sales or appointment setting within the financial services industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
