With a strong foothold in the Italian market, we serve some of the most prominent banks in the country.
We are looking for a Sales Development Executive who will identify and develop opportunities for growth in Italy.
This role emphasizes strong entrepreneurial skills and targets experienced sales professionals who can showcase agility and a goal-driven mindset. Ideal candidates will have previous experience in Fintech companies or software companies in the financial services sector.
This person, based in Milan office, will report to the CPO and Co-Founder and will be responsible for building successful partnerships with Italian new clients, acting as a leader in driving commercial excellence in daily operations and project work.
Responsibilities:
Generate a pipeline of opportunities by sourcing new business through outbound strategy;
Close and build long-term relationship with the new clients, proposing them tailor-made packaging solutions;
Collaborate with the Management team and Product teams to optimize our customer experience;
Negotiate contractual conditions;
Document daily key activity with the aim of ensuring high data quality;
Provide marketing intelligence on competitor activity and market trends as requested
Requirements
Ideally Master in Business administration with Focus of Sales or Marketing
Excellent MS office Skills
Minimum 3/4 years of sales management in the Fintech/Software world with a proven track record of overachieving targets
Fluent Italian and English language
Strong process and project management skills
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
Strong strategic thinking
You have a positive, enthusiastic, and sociable personality
