Presently, they are in search of a committed and dependable Sales Development Manager Composites (m/f/d) to join their ranks in the Frankfurt/Main area.

Tasks

  • You will hold a pivotal role as the first line of contact, responsible for delivering top-notch customer support and consultation services. This entails addressing both commercial and technical inquiries.
  • You will wield dual responsibility: overseeing the technical and disciplinary aspects.
  • Your role will involve delineating clear sales targets and refining sales processes, contributing to the optimization of overall sales strategies.
  • Collaboration with internal cross-functional teams will be a key facet of your work, as you collaborate to conceive industry-tailored sales and marketing approaches and subsequently bring them to fruition.
  • Your responsibilities will span the gamut of strategic and operational sales management.

Requirements

  • A degree in business, technical studies, or an equivalent qualification forms the foundation of eligibility.
  • The role mandates a substantial background of several years within the carbon fiber and/or composites sector in general.
  • A sound grasp of thermoplastic and thermoset composites is integral to your efficacy in this position.
  • Your strong analytical and conceptual prowess will greatly contribute to your effectiveness.
  • Proficiency in English communication is not just a bonus but a necessity.
  • The role will require a willingness to embark on travel as needed.
